Men's Shoe Size Guide for Pakistan (40-44)
Buying shoes online is easy until you're unsure about your size. Most men's sneakers sold in Pakistan use EU sizing (the 40 to 44 range you'll see on our men's sneakers collection), but sizing can vary slightly between brands. This guide shows you how to measure your foot at home and pick the right size with confidence.

How to measure your foot at home
- Measure in the evening. Feet swell during the day, so an evening measurement gives you a more realistic size.
- Place a sheet of paper against a wall. Stand on it with your heel touching the wall.
- Mark the longest point. Mark where your longest toe ends. Do this while standing, with your weight evenly on both feet.
- Measure from the wall to the mark. Use a ruler or tape measure, in centimetres.
- Repeat for both feet. Most people have one foot slightly larger. Use the larger measurement.
- Compare to the chart. Choose the size whose foot length is closest to your measurement, rounding up if you're between sizes.
What if you're between sizes?
- Go up if you wear thicker socks, have wide feet or plan to wear the shoes for long walks or workouts.
- Go down only if you have a narrow foot and prefer a snug fit.
- Allow about 0.5 to 1 cm of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe, so your toes can move comfortably.
How should sneakers fit?
- Heel: secure, without slipping out when you walk.
- Toes: room to wiggle, not pressed against the front.
- Width: snug across the middle of the foot, without pinching.
- Overall: comfortable straight away. Shoes shouldn't need a lot of "breaking in" to feel right.
Fit tips for different shoe types
- Running and gym shoes: choose a little extra room at the toe, as your feet expand during activity. See running shoes for men.
- Slip-on sneakers: the fit should be snug at the heel and midfoot so they don't slip off, so avoid going too big.
- Casual and quilted sneakers: go with your true measured size for a clean, tidy look. Browse casual sneakers for men.

FAQs
What is the standard men's shoe size in Pakistan? Most men wear sizes between EU 40 and 44, with 42 and 43 being very common.
Do all brands fit the same? No. Sizes vary between brands, which is why measuring your foot in centimetres is more reliable than relying on your usual number.
Should I size up for sneakers? Only if you have wide feet, wear thick socks or are buying for sport. For everyday casual pairs, your true size is usually best.
Do I need to measure both feet? Yes. Use the larger foot to choose your size.
